What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Do you have a catalog you can send me?

You can access numerous online catalogs through our website by clicking on "Browse Our Products" on the main page. If you do not see the catalog you are looking for, contact us and we can mail one to you.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order per screen print design is 12 pieces. The minimum order per embroidery design is 6 pieces.

Can I mix different garment styles and colors to reach the required minimum or price break?

Yes you can mix and match garment styles, colors and sizes as long as they are being decorated with the same design and colors.

What formats of art files do you accept?

We accept Vectorized EPS, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Any other format will result in art charges.

What is your lead time?

Our normal lead time is 7-10 business days. Lead time may increase with large volume orders or with certain times of the year.

Do you have a rush service?

Rush service is available on most products. Additional charges may apply as well as expedited shipping.

How long does it take once an order is placed to receive the proof for approval?

Once and order is placed, the design is sent to you via e-mail or fax for approval within 5-6 business days.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

If you need to make changes you must make them verbally then follow up in writing via email, fax or delivered in person. Please be aware that any time a changes is made, your order will be subject to additional freight charges, restocking fees and delayed production time.

What is an Over/Under run?

Standard trade practice of up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered will apply on certain products ordered. You will be billed for the actual quantity shipped.

Can I get samples?

Samples can be ordered for most products. Blank garment samples must be returned in condition received within two weeks. If samples are not returned in condition received or in a timely manner, you will be invoiced for the full amount.
